* DEAL GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I understand and agree that if I do the work as I'm taught in the program and I don't get at least one deal signed up that I can request a refund of my program fee and any other monetary rebates promised.

A "deal" is defined as any purchase contract or lease-option signed with a seller where if it's a cash deal the price is at or below ARV x 70% - Repairs, or if it's a terms deal, the price is at or below market value with 3% down or less and a monthly spread of at least $100 and a minimum term of at least 3 years.
